General Disclaimer
Boostech AUS provides custom ECU and TCU tuning services for a variety of vehicles. By using
our services, you acknowledge and accept that tuning modifies the performance parameters of your
vehicle and may impact fuel consumption, emissions, and manufacturer warranty.

Pre-Tune Inspection

Vehicles must pass a basic inspection prior to tuning. Boostech AUS reserves the right to refuse
service if the vehicle does not meet safety, software, or mechanical standards, or if it is not
compatible with our tools.

Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your tune, we will remove it and
issue a refund – provided no other parties have attempted to modify the tune. Customers must give
us the opportunity to rectify the tune before any refunds are considered.

Liability Waiver
Boostech AUS is not liable for damages that arise from pre-existing mechanical faults, improper
vehicle maintenance, or non-disclosed modifications. Customers agree that all tuning is undertaken
at their own risk.

Warranty Considerations
Tuning may void manufacturer warranties. Customers are encouraged to consult with their dealer
or warranty provider before proceeding.

Use of Customer Data
We only collect information necessary to deliver our services or run competitions. Customer data
will never be sold or shared with third parties. All personal data is handled in compliance with
Australian privacy laws.

Service Scope
Our services include ECU remapping, TCU calibration, economy tuning, and diagnostic reviews.
Additional features like pops & bangs, speed limiter removal, or anti-lag may be available on a
per-vehicle basis.

Social Media Giveaway Terms
The giveaway is open to residents within 50km of the Perth metro area. To enter, participants must
follow Boostech AUS on Instagram, like the competition post, and reshare it to their story. One 4WD
ECU & TCU tune and one car ECU tune will be awarded. Vehicles must pass inspection and be
compatible with our tools. Boostech AUS reserves the right to withhold the prize if requirements are
not met.
